S\u00e9 que puede sonar descabellado, \u00a1pero no lo es!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\" src=\"https:\/\/sankofa.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/confused-1024x683.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-563\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La mayor\u00eda de los hablantes no nativos de ingl\u00e9s salen de las reuniones pregunt\u00e1ndose de qu\u00e9 hablaba el hablante nativo. A menudo, la culpa no es del hablante no nativo, sino del hablante nativo. \u00bfPor qu\u00e9?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Seg\u00fan Jennifer Jenkins, de la Universidad de Southampton, son los hablantes nativos quienes tienen dificultades para comprender y hacerse entender. Existen varias razones para ello, pero la m\u00e1s importante es que los hablantes nativos de ingl\u00e9s utilizan un lenguaje demasiado complejo y lo hablan demasiado r\u00e1pido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A menudo, los hablantes nativos que trabajan en contextos internacionales no se plantean que los hablantes no nativos puedan hablar un ingl\u00e9s diferente al suyo. Muchos (aunque no todos) dan por sentado, de forma inconsciente, que si se habla ingl\u00e9s, incluso como lengua extranjera o segunda lengua, se comprender\u00e1n todas las complejidades de las expresiones idiom\u00e1ticas, el lenguaje coloquial y las particularidades gramaticales que los hablantes nativos emplean en sus conversaciones cotidianas. La realidad es que tanto los hablantes nativos como los no nativos han aprendido ingl\u00e9s de forma diferente y hablan distintos tipos de ingl\u00e9s. Por ello, los hablantes nativos deben esforzarse por hacerse entender mejor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los hablantes nativos de ingl\u00e9s utilizan un lenguaje demasiado complejo y lo hablan demasiado r\u00e1pido.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Desarrollar tus habilidades en ingl\u00e9s siempre te beneficiar\u00e1 a medida que contin\u00faes trabajando con personas de otros pa\u00edses. Trabajar con aquellos cuyo ingl\u00e9s tambi\u00e9n es una segunda lengua o lengua extranjera a veces puede parecer m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil que trabajar con hablantes nativos. Aun as\u00ed, continuar el desarrollo de <em>su <\/em>Las habilidades ling\u00fc\u00edsticas son algo que no se debe descuidar. Es necesario mantenerlas actualizadas y frescas. Siempre les pido a los empleadores que garanticen una formaci\u00f3n ling\u00fc\u00edstica b\u00e1sica continua para que el personal mantenga sus competencias en idiomas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sin embargo, los hablantes no nativos tambi\u00e9n necesitan formaci\u00f3n. En primer lugar, deben ser conscientes de que su forma de hablar puede dificultar la comprensi\u00f3n, y que esto no siempre es culpa del interlocutor. Eliminar modismos (como \u00abcut-throat\u00bb, \u00abgame-plan\u00bb, \u00abhands are tied\u00bb, etc.) y utilizar un ingl\u00e9s m\u00e1s sencillo, claro y conciso en reuniones, llamadas telef\u00f3nicas y conversaciones les permitir\u00e1 ser mejor comprendidos. Esto no solo les beneficiar\u00e1 a ellos, sino tambi\u00e9n a sus socios comerciales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Por lo tanto, los hablantes nativos de ingl\u00e9s que hacen negocios a nivel internacional deben considerar si pueden simplificar su comunicaci\u00f3n. Una comunicaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s concisa, centrada y precisa es, en definitiva, mejor y m\u00e1s eficaz, independientemente de qui\u00e9n la escuche. Como hablante no nativo de ingl\u00e9s, probablemente te esfuerces el doble que un hablante nativo, y este puede facilitarte el proceso controlando mejor su forma de comunicarse contigo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En definitiva, trabajar juntos y comprendernos mutuamente de forma m\u00e1s profunda garantiza que nos tengamos en cuenta al comunicarnos. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00a1Mejor comunicaci\u00f3n significa mejores negocios!<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>How many times, as a non-native speaker of English, have you really struggled to understand what a native speaker is saying?
